Terms of Service

Last updated: 19 June 2026

1. Who you're contracting with

Services are provided by a sole trader trading as The Crew Atelier / Marinax Global. By submitting a booking request you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy.

2. Services

We provide concierge, advisory and administrative support to people pursuing or working in yachting — including CV preparation, course recommendations, visa guidance, and onboarding calls. We are not a recruitment agency, training provider, immigration lawyer or guarantor of employment.

3. Bookings & payment

  • You can pay instantly with the "Pay & book" button (card, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Link, and Wise/Revolut debit cards). Alternatively, submitting the request form is a booking enquiry — a booking is confirmed only once we reply by email or WhatsApp.
  • Where the request flow is used, payment is by secure Stripe link or SEPA bank transfer on request.
  • Prices are listed in Euros (€) and exclude any local taxes you may owe.

4. Cancellation, rescheduling & refunds

  • Free reschedule with at least 24 hours' notice.
  • Inside 24 hours a €25 admin fee applies on paid sessions.
  • Unused sessions are fully refundable within 7 days of booking.
  • Once a service has been delivered (e.g. CV reviewed and returned) it is non-refundable.

EU consumers: by requesting that we begin a service within the 14-day withdrawal period, you acknowledge that the right of withdrawal is lost once the service is fully performed (Directive 2011/83/EU, Art. 16(a)).

5. Your responsibilities

You agree to provide accurate information, supply documents on time, and treat our team respectfully. We may decline or end an engagement if these are not met.

6. Liability

We give our best advice but cannot guarantee a particular outcome (job offer, visa approval, course pass). To the extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the relevant service.

7. Intellectual property

All website content, templates and guides remain our property. You may use deliverables we produce for you (e.g. your CV) for personal use only.

8. Governing law & disputes

These Terms are governed by the law of the country in which the trader is established. EU consumers also benefit from mandatory protections of the law of their country of residence. Disputes may be submitted to the EU Online Dispute Resolution platform: ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.
