Referral & Promotional Code Terms

1. Scope

These terms govern (a) the referral programme through which existing clients may refer new clients to The Crew Atelier, and (b) the promotional codes and discount codes we may issue from time to time (together, the "Programme"). They form part of our Terms & Conditions.

2. How referrals work

An existing client ("Referrer") may introduce a person who has not previously purchased a Service from us ("Referred Client"). Referrals are recorded when the Referred Client uses the Referrer's unique link or code at checkout, or names the Referrer in the intake form and the link is verified by us.

3. Rewards

Where a Referred Client's paid Service is fully delivered and not refunded or charged back, the Referrer and the Referred Client may each receive a reward disclosed on the current referral programme page. Rewards may take the form of a promotional code, credit against a future Service, or another benefit at our discretion. Cash equivalence is not available.

4. Promotional codes: general conditions

• Each code has its own expiry date, minimum spend and eligible Services, disclosed at issue and enforced by our payment platform.
• Codes are personal to the recipient, single-use unless expressly stated, and cannot be transferred, resold or combined with any other offer.
• Codes have no cash value and cannot be exchanged for cash.
• Codes may be revoked at any time in case of misuse, fraud or breach of these terms.
• Codes are void where prohibited by applicable law.

5. Anti-abuse

The following are prohibited and may result in the cancellation of the discount, the withdrawal of any reward, and the recovery of the discount amount from the offender: (i) creating multiple accounts, email addresses or personas to self-refer; (ii) posting codes on public discount sites without our permission; (iii) using automated tools to test or exploit codes; (iv) collusion between Referrer and Referred Client to obtain a reward without a genuine Service purchase. We may verify referrals using standard fraud-prevention tools.

6. Tax

Rewards issued under the Programme are provided at our commercial discretion and are not compensation. Where any tax is triggered in your jurisdiction, it is your responsibility.

7. Termination and changes

We may change, restrict, suspend or terminate the Programme at any time. Rewards already earned before termination will be honoured for a reasonable window disclosed at the time of termination.

8. Data protection

We process referral data (identity of Referrer and Referred Client, timestamps, code use, order value) on the basis of our legitimate interest in operating the Programme and preventing fraud. See the Privacy Policy for details.
