As a thank-you for taking the time, clients who submit feedback receive a one-time 15% code for selected services. The code is the same whatever you say — it never depends on your rating.

- Feedback must be genuine and about a service you actually received.
- One code per client, valid for 90 days, single use.
- Does not stack with other discounts, referral incentives or promotions.
- We may publish feedback anonymously only with your permission.
Codes are currently issued by our team by email within one business day of receiving your feedback.
