Digital Products & Downloads Terms

1. Scope

These Digital Products Terms govern every downloadable file, personalised written deliverable and digital template supplied by The Crew Atelier, including personalised Career Roadmaps, CVs, guides, templates, checklists and worksheets. They form part of our Terms & Conditions and must be read together with the Refund & Cancellation Policy and the General Disclaimer.

2. Delivery of digital products

Downloadable products are delivered by email link or by a secure client link. Personalised deliverables (Career Roadmap, CV) are delivered within the working-day window disclosed at checkout, starting once we have received cleared payment and a complete intake.

Access links may be time-limited. Please download your deliverable and save a copy in a location you control within 90 days of delivery. We will make reasonable efforts to re-issue lost links but may charge a small administrative fee for reissue after 90 days.

3. Immediate performance and withdrawal waiver

By purchasing a digital product or personalised deliverable and expressly consenting at checkout to immediate performance, you acknowledge that you thereby lose the EU 14-day right of withdrawal in respect of that digital product once performance has begun (Article 16(m) Consumer Rights Directive). 4. Licence granted to you

On full payment, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable, revocable licence to use the digital product for your own personal, non-commercial career purposes only. You may print copies for your own use and share the file with a single named parent, spouse or advisor who is directly supporting your career.

You may not: (i) resell, sublicense, rent or lease the deliverable; (ii) republish, redistribute or upload it to any public or shared platform; (iii) use it or its contents to build, train or feed a competing product, training curriculum or dataset (including machine-learning training data); (iv) remove any credit, footer, watermark or copyright notice; or (v) translate or adapt the deliverable for onward distribution without our written consent.

5. Personalisation and accuracy

Personalised deliverables (Career Roadmap, CV) are prepared using the information you provide. You are responsible for reviewing the deliverable promptly and notifying us of any factual inaccuracy within the revision window included with the Service. CV Creation and CV Review include three (3) revisions as standard; additional revisions are billed at €5 each.

6. Roadmap-specific terms

The Career Roadmap includes a CV review element as part of the delivery. The Roadmap is a personalised planning document and does not constitute a promise that any route it describes will be available, affordable or successful. Routes suggested in the Roadmap must be independently validated with the relevant training school, embassy, employer or authority before you commit funds.

7. Storage of source materials

We keep the source materials you provide (intake answers, uploaded CV, headshots) for the period stated in the Privacy Policy. Please do not upload documents you would not want us to hold; you can redact sensitive fields before uploading.

8. Suspension and termination of access

We may withdraw access to a digital product where a payment is reversed, where you breach the licence terms, or where the product is used unlawfully. Where access is withdrawn for cause, no refund is due.

9. Warranty and liability

Digital products are provided on an "as is" basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we exclude all implied warranties. Nothing in these terms limits any consumer right that cannot lawfully be waived. The general limitation of liability in clause 14 of the Terms & Conditions applies.
